General Terms

By accessing or using the Ohana Personal Assistant website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Ohana Personal Assistant, operated by Leilani Warner, provides personal assistant and organizational services to clients in Missoula and the Bitterroot Valley. These terms apply to all interactions with our website and services, including inquiries, consultations, and bookings. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Service Agreement

Ohana Personal Assistant offers a range of services, including errand running, home organization, pet care, travel planning, and more, as outlined on our website. Services are provided based on availability and mutual agreement between Leilani Warner and the client. While I strive to meet your needs with accountable, confidential, and professional support, the scope and outcome of services may vary depending on individual circumstances. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and clear instructions to ensure the best possible service. Ohana Personal Assistant reserves the right to decline or modify service requests at our discretion.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment terms for services will be agreed upon prior to the start of any work and may include hourly rates, flat fees, or other arrangements as discussed with Leilani Warner. Payment is due upon receipt of an invoice unless otherwise specified. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled service; cancellations made with less notice may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the agreed-upon service cost. Ohana Personal Assistant reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or failure to comply with these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Ohana Personal Assistant and Leilani Warner will make every effort to provide high-quality, reliable services. However, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of property, delays, or unmet expectations. Clients are responsible for ensuring their property and belongings are secure during service visits. Ohana Personal Assistant is not responsible for third-party actions (e.g., contractors, vendors) coordinated on behalf of the client. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
